- Read Usborne Early Reading Book 2 “The Dress Up Box” with both kids participating in reading the kid part.Math: Lesson 3 and 4: Classifying and Explaining your answers. Venn diagramming, categorizing, etc.
- Sylvan: Aaron finished Lesson 10, Rhyming words and did the review in his book. Naim did Jj in his. Aaron also spelled 5 word cards in the Sylvan spelling box.
- Naim watched Lesson 32 in ZigZat. (Aaron probably did, too.)
- Word Time (TAKE OFF and LAND)
- HWT: did H lesson.
Aaron does his “Bob Ross” Show where he draws a picture while pretending to be on TV and telling us how he draws it as well as trivia about the subject matter which is usually animals. Today it was an Orca whale and some other sea life. I think his animal knowledge is pretty accurate. He also says his show is “Sponsored by The Portland Nursery, Chick-fil-A, The Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and Viewers Like You.”
Aaron has also been watching a LOT of the PBS kids show “Fetch” on the computer. I have to say I like that show.
I’m going to try to take a picture of some of his drawings. They are too big to scan.
"It's an Orca and there's a starfish, and the Orca's nickname is The Killer Whale, but it's actually a type of dolphin."
"That's a Cheetah and It's in the sunset. Cheetah's are very speedy."
"It's the rainforest. It has lots of big, tall trees and lots of vines. There's a leopard, a monkey, and a toucan."
