Acquara Independent School

Avery went to D’s with Nik. That goes ok when he goes alone. It seems too much when he goes with all the kids.

Naim went to NWCT Playlab. He got his script back that he didn’t bring home last week. He said he remembered his lines fairly well and they finished blocking the play.

Aaron went to the Art Cubby and made a sword, which he called a swiss army knife to appease my aversion to swords. He seems to have a good time there, though.

After, we went to the dollar store where they each spent a dollar. Aaron got these two little cars that crash into each other. Naim got a bag of caramel candy. They liked paying for their own stuff and getting their own receipt.

I started feeling really crappy while I was out. It is about a 3 mile walk for me by the time I drop off and pick up everyone at their appropriate places. I started feeling flu-ish so came home and slept and read for the rest of the afternoon. Kids played.

We were supposed to go to this church mixer thingy for people with young families, but I half forgot to go and half felt to crappy to go. Felt a bit bad about it.
