Avery went to ECSE. A note in his bag says that they are taking both Monday AND Tuesday off for memorial day. Huh.
Big Kids:
- We did one of the Activities in Writing Strands 1 about describing things.
- We finished the math workbook Ch. 13, Lesson on subtraction with regrouping FINALLY. That was a tough one. Aaron actually did the two next pages yesterday, so I had him redo the pages he needed to redo because he got them all wrong. He did much better today. Naim and I did his problems together and he was able to do them with out blocks and by himself. I think they need more work, but it will sit for now.
- Naim did 2 pp. of Sylvan
- Naim did the Qq, Gg, Jj review in ZB.
- Naim did the worksheeets and read two stories in HOP
Aaron and Naim both met with Erika, where they played a game together. I could not hear all the goings on, but there was some tension and fitting around. Then it seemed to calm down.
A friend of Nik’s came over this evening. He is really good at Origami and does it all the time. Aaron really likes to play around with origami with this guy.
